Submitting to the stores is tedious. It doesn’t have to be.

Your app store presence, run by AI.

Keywords, listings, screenshots, submissions, rejections and reviews — for the App Store and Google Play, from one place. The AI does the work; you approve it.

Free plan, no card. Nothing reaches a store without your approval.

A real app in the real product — MealPlanner, one of ours

The whole path, covered

Eleven steps between an idea and an install. You do three of them.

How AppSubmit covers the whole journey

Every stage marked like this arrives already done, waiting for you to approve it.

The screenshot studio

Upload raw screens. Get a store-ready set, designed.

Screenshots are the hardest part of shipping and the easiest to do badly. The AI studies your actual screens and your app’s context, then proposes three complete looks — palette, captions, background — rendered as real previews rather than described. Pick one and it renders the whole set.

The finished set, in listing order, ready to push

Every size both stores demand

iPhone 6.9, 6.7 and 6.5, iPad 12.9, Play phone, 7-inch and 10-inch tablets, and the Play feature graphic.

Never stretched

Screens are scaled or padded with the dominant colour — never distorted to fit a slot.

Captions written for you

A headline and supporting line per screenshot, tone-matched to your app rather than generic.

Artwork generated on demand

Background art is generated to match the direction when a flat colour is not enough.

Real device frames

iPhone and Android frames per store, so a screenshot reads as a product, not a crop.

Reorder freely

Drag the story into the order that sells it; the first frame is the one most people ever see.

Download as a zip

Every set exports in one click if you would rather upload by hand.

Or push straight to the store

Delivered into the listing through the API, replacing what is there.

One editor, every field, every locale — each with its own drafts and push

The listing writer

Every field the stores make you fill in — in every language you sell in.

Title, subtitle, keyword field, promotional text, description, what’s new — and Play’s short and full descriptions. It starts by importing what is already live, so you improve reality rather than starting from a blank box. Counters track each store’s limits as you type, a lint pass flags rejection risks before Apple does, and every draft is kept, so any version is one click from coming back.

Then pick a language and the AI writes a native listing, not a translation: idioms adapted to how that market speaks, keywords translated as concepts rather than word-for-word, your brand name left alone, and each language’s limits respected. Eleven languages, each with its own drafts, history and push.

The rejection decoder

Paste what the reviewer sent. Get a plan and a reply.

Rejections arrive as guideline numbers and boilerplate. The decoder reads the message against your actual listing, build and release history and returns what it means, why it triggered, a numbered action plan, the guidelines being cited, whether you can resubmit the same binary — and a reply to App Review, drafted and ready to edit.

And because AppSubmit watches your submissions, a rejection reaches you as a notification with the decoder already waiting — not as a surprise three days later.

Reviews from both stores, replies waiting

Listen

Then it runs without you

  • One inbox for reviews from both stores
  • Replies drafted and tone-matched — nothing sends itself
  • Rivals snapshotted weekly, with what changed
  • A Monday digest of movers, gaps and unanswered reviews
Every candidate sorted into worth chasing, or worth ignoring

Keyword research

Find the phrases you would never have typed — then find out if they are worth it.

The Lab brainstorms across five angles — synonyms, problems, audiences, moments, adjacent categories — then scores every candidate against the live market and sorts it onto a map: worth chasing now, worth building toward, or worth ignoring.

Tracked keywords then get daily ranks, a demand score from Apple’s own search suggestions, a difficulty read from whoever holds the top ten, and a check on whether your listing even contains them.

✦ No setup required

See it work on your app before you connect anything.

Sign up and paste your App Store link — no credentials, no configuration. Within about thirty seconds the AI has read your live listing, scored real keyword opportunities against live demand and difficulty, found where you already rank, and told you what is weak. Most people find something they did not know in the first run.

Connect your account after that, and the same engine imports your listings, screenshots, release history and reviews. You never start from an empty dashboard.

An actual proposal, with the numbers behind every line

✦ ASO Autopilot

An ASO employee that works a full month, then asks one question.

On the first of every month it re-runs your whole cycle — ranks and trends, live search demand, difficulty, listing coverage, your real install funnel, competitor moves — and delivers a single proposal: which keywords to drop, which to chase, how your listing should change. Every line cites the number behind it.

Approve it and the keywords change and a listing draft appears. Pushing to the store stays yours. It never acts alone, and when the data is thin it says so instead of guessing.

Real numbers, not estimates

The only ASO tool that can show your actual install funnel.

Intelligence tools sell you estimates of other people’s downloads. Because you connect your own App Store Connect key, AppSubmit reads your genuine numbers straight from Apple’s Analytics API. Your listing pushes are marked on the chart, so the question stops being “did my rank move?” and becomes “did my installs?”

Apple exposes no per-keyword search terms, so keyword-level attribution is labelled inference, never measurement. Google offers no equivalent API, and we say so where it matters.

Why this is not another ASO tool

Everyone else hands you back a task. This one closes the loop.

ASO tools tell you what to change and leave you to change it. Screenshot tools make images that know nothing about your keywords. Submission tools upload a binary and stop.

  1. 01

    Finds the keyword

Scored against real demand and difficulty

  2. 02

    Writes the listing around it

Then localises it, within each store's limits

  3. 03

    Designs the screenshots to match

Rendered at every size both stores demand

  4. 04

    Pushes it to the store

And watches the review, decoding any rejection

Then it tells you next month whether any of it worked — measured against your real install numbers, not an estimate.

What that feels like

Less a tool you operate. More a colleague who got there first.

Every rewrite, import and push is kept. Nothing is overwritten, nothing is sent without you, and any version can become the working draft again.

Nothing is overwritten — every version is still there

You never start from a blank box

Connect a store and your listings, screenshots, release history and reviews are already imported. The first thing you see is your own app, not an empty form.

Nothing ships without you

Every piece of AI work arrives as a draft — copy, screenshots, replies, proposals. You read it, change it, and press the button. There is no version of this where something is published behind your back.

The tedious parts happen while you sleep

Ranks checked, submissions watched, reviews synced, competitors snapshotted, a digest on Monday. You find out because it tells you, not because you remembered to look.

When it goes wrong, you get a plan

A rejection stops being a wall of guideline numbers. It arrives decoded, with the fix written against your actual app and a reply ready to send.

Free guides

Every rejection reason, explained

Written for the moment you are staring at a rejection: what the guideline actually means, why it triggered, the fixes reviewers accept, and a reply you can adapt.

Draft first, always

Nothing is pushed to a store without an explicit approval.

Every use audited

Questions

Does anything get published without me approving it?

No. Every AI output is a draft: listings become draft versions you review, replies wait for approval, and Autopilot proposes rather than acts. Pushing to a store is always a deliberate action by you.

How are my store credentials protected?

Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, with the master key held outside the database so a database copy alone cannot decrypt them. Every use is written to an audit log, imports are read-only, and removing a connection stops all access immediately.

Do you support Google Play as well as the App Store?

Both. Submissions, listings, screenshots, reviews and rank tracking work across the two. Some ASO data is Apple-only — demand and difficulty scores in particular — because Google exposes no equivalent, and we would rather say so than invent numbers.

Can you guarantee my app gets approved?

Nobody can. Apple and Google decide independently. What we do is remove the mistakes that cause avoidable rejections, and make the ones that still happen fast to understand and answer.

What does it cost?

Free to start, with one app and real keyword tracking. Indie is $29 a month, Studio $79. Caps pause features rather than billing you extra — no overages, ever.

Stop fighting consoles.
